1. THE MOST EXCELLENT THRUTH OF SUFFERING
2. THE MOST EXCELLENT THRUTH OF THE ARISING OF SUFFERING
3. THE MOST EXCELLENT THRUTH OF THE ANNIHILATION OF SUFFERING
4. THE MOST EXCELLENT THRUTH OF THE PATH LEADING TO THE ANNIHILATION OF SUFFERING

1. THE MOST EXCELLENT THRUTH OF SUFFERING

You have to understand the true nature of suffering as conditioned through attachment to all that is transitory, temporary mortal and subject to decay? What is transitory, impermanent, mortal and subject to decay? Body, emotion, mind, soul and even spirit are transient, impermanent, mortal and subject to decay. So let go of them. Attachment to all that whichis transient, impermanent, mortal and subject to decay ALWAYS leads one way or the other to pain and suffering, in spirit of the existing pleasures provided by body, emotion, mind, soul and spirit. Being united with the liked eventually causes as much pain and suffering as being united with the sisliked and/or separated from the liked, because even the most perfect union with the liked and disired must and sooner or later, and eventually, causes more suffering or at least dissatisfaktion, the more happiness was experienced while the union lasted.

2. THE MOST EXCELLENT THRUTH OF THE ARISING OF SUFFERING

The arising of suffering is conditioned by desire,by the will to want or to be this and that. Each kind of obstruction of will is always painfull and leads to new attachment. Then once again we want to enjoy the pleasures of the sences, of body, emotion, mind, soul and spirit are always transient, we experience never a true satifaction of our will and of our desires. "Transient oh Lord, are the sences object, subject to change."(Ang.X,46).

3. THE MOST EXCELLENT THRUTH OF THE ANNIHILATION OF SUFFERING.

The extinction of all desire leads to the deliverance from birth, old age, diseage and death and from rebirth, in one word: From suffering. THAT is called true wisdom and not the nonsense taught in our schools and universities. That change from being attached to desire to liberation from all dedires can and must happend by ourselves, without the help of what you are NOT. And you are NOT yor body, emotion, mind, soul and spirit.

4. THE MOST EXCELLENT THRUTH OF THE PATH LEADING TO THE ANNIHILATION OF SUFFERING

The outlines of that path are already revealed in the tree other verities. We must eraducate ervery kind of thirst for the world but also and foremost for our personality. Whoever wants anything is ignorant. There is nothing to achieve, no matter how much the world(politicians, bankers, media, entertainment, etc.) wants you to believe the opposite.
