SOULBREATH- MEDITATION.

Who ever says, that he is breathing himself. YOUR SELF breathes you. If you
would breath, you would be dead by now, because: Who breathes when you
sleep? You? You are SLEEPING! Therefore: IT breathes you. But throughout your life you have done everything to “invent” your own breathing rhythm, instead of just letting ”it” breath. You sort of created your own rhythm by experiencing joy, fear, disappointment, expectation, love, hate and what not FROM EARLY CHILDHOOD on. Some, or many, of us have even experienced and shared the fear of our mother, when we still were in her womb. All this caused and created in us after birth a SECOND BREATH or breathing rhythm, whih , in worst cases, is completely different or A- SYNCHRONOUS to the rhythm of our soul, or HIGHER SELF. In fact eveery happy and healty baby is SOULBREATH and breathes synchonous to its SOUL! How many of us have been healthy and happy babies? But we can be children again, and we HAVE to be children again, because CHILDREN are in a state iof IMMORTALITY. AUM.
But the SOUL is not COMPLETELY helpless against you, when you constantly breath AGAINST the SOULBREATH. When you go to sleep, more exhausted from wrong breathing, than from work, the soul FINALLY puts its rhythm on you. When you sleep you LET GO and THEN it can breath you! When you sleep, you practise SOULBREATH, because then IT BREATHES you, or you LET IT BREATH! Therefore: SOULBREATHMEDITATION is: to sleep while being awake.” And here is, how it works: ” Lay on your back in the so called “dead man position”, hands at your side, little pillow under your head, legs out stretched, the heels an inch
or two aprat from each other. Close your eyes, let breath... OBSERVE, just ONSERVE how the breath flows in and out of your body, now it MOVES your body Everybody, now it MOVES your body. Everybody asks himself: “Who am I? Here you have the answer: YOU ARE A BREATH. One of almost endless many breaths emanated...
years ago from THE GREATH BREATH, which is how BRAHMAN perceives PARABRAHMAN. AUM. YOU ARE A BREATH. Don't think for amoment that you are the psysical bady. YOU ARE A BREATH, and everything around that BREATH is just a TEMPORARY SHELL. AUM. You are an INDIVIDUAL BREATH, different from ALL THE OTHER BREATHS, as they them selves are different from each other. Nature NEVER repeats itself. NEVER. LET BREATH. Let go. DETACHEMENT. That is it Detachement. Let breath- observe: In- out, in- out, in- out, i- out. Do not force it, do not hold it. OBSERVE. BE IT. BE what you are. A BREATH. Einstein knew it already. UNIVERSE is a breathing entity, and we all breath with it, or are BREATHED BY IT. The more you breath AGAINST that UNIVERSAL BREATH, the more you drift away from your SELF [or your SELF drifts away FROM you.]
which is- IMORTAL. Do not practice ANY breathing- or Meditation- or YOGA
“technic” [Prâṇa yama, T.M. Or HAṬA- YOGA for instance]. They are all BLACK MAGIC, strengthen YOUR LOWER, egoistical self- for a while there seems to be an effect or sucess-,but THEN depression sets in, because all these things are not of
the nature of the soul, so the soul puts no more downwards pressure on the physical body, becomes DESINTERESTED and drifts off. The result is DE- PRESSURE or DEPRESSION. You don't have to teach the soul ANYTHING or any technic. The soul knows 1000 times better, what is good for you, just let go. Let THE SOUL DO. How about that for a change? Haven't you fooled around long enough, with what you thought would be good for the Soul? Now let the SOUL do- LET BREATH. OBSERVE. in- out, in- out, in- out, in- out. You don't have to practice SOUL BREATH. SOULBREATH practises ITSELF. FIFTHEEN minutes EVERY MORNING , after you wake up. BREATH . LET IT BREATH.
After FIVE or SIX sessions there will be a PAUSE between BREATH OUT and BREATH in, or between exhaling and inhaling. A PAUSE. So: EXHALLING- PAUSE- INHALING- EXHALING – PAUSE- INHALING- EXHALING- PAUSE - INHALING- EXHALING- PAUSE [and so forth]. Do not force it. Do not force THE PAUSE. They call it: THE CELESTIAL PAUSE. It is the most precious thing that can happen to
you. Do force it, do not hold it. It you influence it, you shall come in GREAT DANGER. Do you touch a beautiful SOAPBUBBLE? No. You just watch it, enjoy it, observe it. OBSERVE THE PAUSE. LET GO LET BREATH. WAIT until IT INHALES YOU AGAIN! And then it shall come back BY ITSELF. And when THE CELESTIAL PAUSE comes back, Let yourself FALL into that BLISS... AUM, AUM, to the celestial pause. It is the HIGHEST ACHIEVEMENT. SAMÂDHI or: THE BRIDGE to IMMORTALITY. Cross it, oh reader, cross it...
Lay back, close your eyes, let go, observe how the REAL you, which is your SOUL, BREATHES YOU. Become what YOU ARE- SOULBREATH. AUM.
