CHAKRA YOGA

Before CHACRA YOGA about 15 minutes SOULBREATH. During the postures do
not use ANY strength or force, NEVER hold your breath. LET IT FLOW,
no matter in WHAT chakra- yoga position you are. When you do CHAKRA- YOGA, move slow like in SLOWMOTION. Thus you do not disturb SOULBREATH.* Do not “overdo” he positions.Never use any musclepower. CHAKRA YOGA is SOULBREATH MEDITATION in ACTION.OBSERVE yourself MEDITATION in ACTION. ONSERVE yourself, the posture, and how the
breath flows UNHINDERED. And even if you just achieve 10% of the CHAKRA- YOGA postureit
works! Here are the Five most important CHAKRA YOGA POSTURES.
I. Lay on your back and LET your upper body turn to one side the LOWER PART
to the other side.

Just go as far as you can without using ANY FORCE. Let the breath flow. OBSERVE. Then after
about two minutes turn back into dead man's position. Relax, let go, let breath. Then try te other sid.
After that lay back, relax again. Te dead man position

is at least as important as all the other CHAKRA YXOGA postures, because then the blood flows
back into the [before] compressed parts of the body and recharges the cells with new oxygen and
energy, thus raising their vibrational level...
II. Lay on your back, relax, let breath. Then SLOWLY bend forward. Use NO MUSCLE POWER.
Go as far forward as you can, with out changing your breathing rhythm. Hold position for two
minutes. Slowly return into the dead man position LET BREATH return into the dead man position
LET BREATH. Relax. SLOW MOTION. EVERYTHING in CHAKRA YOGA IS SLOW
MOTION. Repeat the posture one more time. Then lay back, relax.

* Because after a while there shall be NOTHING ELSE but SOULBREATH, even when you DON'T meditate or do CHAKRA- YOGA.

III. Turn arround- Lay on your stomach. Do the cobra,
But move SLOLY into that position. Even if you can lift your upper body just a LITTLE BIT above
graund, it has an effect. Remember: the EFFECT of CHAKRA YOGA comes AFTER the posture,when the blood flows back into the previous compressed parts*. During posture LET GO, LET BREATH, hold posture just with as little muscle power as possible, lest SOULBREAT should bedistured. Don't hold the posture too long. Even a few seconds are enough.** Then turn arround, lay on your back. Relax, Let breath, allow the blood to flow back into your [previously compressed] kidneys. After a while: Repeat the cobra. Whenever you feel exhausted, do not continue the postures. Try again tomorrow. Ecah day shall carry you further and add more strength and higher vibratios. Then try the shoulderstand.

* Altough: CHAKRA YOGA also works DURING the posture, when blood flows into the
STRETCHED parts.
** if unavoidable.

Don't try to be perfect the first time. Don't use too much muscle power, to lift your lower body to your elbow and hands. Hold position. Let breath. Observe. You can find the explanation of the benefit of these postures in every good YOGA- BOOK. I say it is not even necessary to know how and WHY the postures work. When you do CHAKRA YOGA, you simply FEEL how and THAT they work. Isn't that enough? After the shouldernstand more SLOWLY back into DEAD MAN'S position. Let go, let breath. Repeat the position. Lay back again. Relax. That is it. That is ALL. You
do not NEED anymore postures. If you want to meditate SOULBREATH
MEDITATION in crossed leg position you are free to do so. If you want to stretch and strengthen your legs and thinghs here are a flew more postures that you can use.
IV, Lean forward, try to reach the toe of your left foot.

Don't overstretch. Let go, let breath. Observe. Hold

for a LITTLE while. Let go, lay back. Relax. Let breath. Then same posture, but now RIGHT leg stretched, left leg bent. Holt for a minute*. Let flow. Then again DEAD MAN Position. LET BREATH. If CHAKRA YOGA is done CARRECTLY, your blood pressure should not rise at all. Or more correct: In cases of hight or low blood pressure the blood pressure shall return to normal.**
Again: Never, I say NEVER, practice Prâṇayama, or Hatha YOGA. It leaves you a wreck after a while. BE PURE, BE SIMPLE, BE INNOCENT. AUM.
But behold, oh reader, there exists ANOTHER IMMORTALITY apart from the latent slumbering physical immortality of your body. And for this other immortality
of your body. And for this other immortality you do not have to werk AT ALL.
It is INHERENT IN YOU, it is ALWAYS THERE and is YOUR TRUE NATURE. I am talking about the IMMORTALITY OF YOUR SPIRIT. The only thing you have to do in order to attain this immortality is, you have to be AWARE of it. YOU
ARE A SPIRIT THAT HAS A BODY. So study THE BOOK OF LIGHT, raise your consciousness from the physical to the SPIRITUAL level and become, what you already ARE: An IMMORTAL SPIRIT, incarnating again and again and again in physical bodies, until he is LIBERATED. YOU ARE GOD. Peace to all emations.

* or TWO minutes. Only after more practise chakra yoga positions should be held longer.
** after continued and regular CHAKRA YOGA practise.
